Calculating transport costs per trip

How it is made up

• Charge: Dutch truck charge per road section and tunnel toll.
• Time: driving time at no more than 80 km/h multiplied by the cost per hour for driver and vehicle (€ 40 by default).
• Energy: distance multiplied by consumption multiplied by price (by default 30 litres per 100 km at the CBS diesel price, or 130 kWh per 100 km at € 0.50).

All amounts excluding VAT. You adjust the assumptions to your own business.
